About the Company

A well-established Quebec-based company specializing in industrial abrasives, blasting equipment, and recovery and dust collection solutions.

As part of its growth strategy, the company is looking for a commercial leader who can structure and accelerate its business development.

Your Mandate

Reporting to senior management, you will be responsible for driving the company's growth by developing new markets, maximizing the potential of existing customers, and mobilizing the sales team around ambitious objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Define and execute the business development and sales strategy.
Lead, coach, and develop the sales team.
Develop new strategic accounts and identify new market opportunities.
Implement sales management tools, including CRM, performance indicators, and sales forecasting.




Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing initiatives.
Play an active role in the company's growth strategy and profitability improvement.

Skills and qualifications :

Desired Profile
10+ years of B2B sales experience in an industrial setting.
Significant experience managing and leading sales teams.
Proven track record in business development, new customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Robust proficiency in sales management tools and performance metrics.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and business relationship-building skills.

Assets
Experience in industrial abrasives, blasting equipment, surface preparation, or related industrial products.
Knowledge of the manufacturing or industrial distribution setting.
