Responsibilities
Engage with potential customers through outside sales efforts, including visiting prospects and participating in community events.
Develop and manage a comprehensive sales pipeline to identify recent business opportunities and nurture existing client relationships.
Conduct high-end and retail vehicle demonstrations, highlighting features that meet customer needs.
Negotiate deals effectively to maximize sales outcomes while ensuring customer satisfaction.
Upsell additional products and services such as warranties, financing options, and accessories to enhance customer value.
Maintain organized records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities using CRM tools.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or in person, demonstrating professionalism and courtesy at all times.
Assist in managing the overall sales process from initial contact through closing the deal, ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
Requirements :
Proven experience in dealership sales, retail sales, or B2B sales environments is preferred.
Robust negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
Experience with sales management tools and maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
Knowledge of marketing strategies relevant to automotive sales and customer engagement techniques.
Robust math skills for calculating payments, financing options, and deal structures.
Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills to build rapport with clients.
