Reporting to the Manager, Fleet & Analytics, the Fleet Program Lead is critical for implementing and sustaining Canada Gas Operations' vehicle fleet program. You'll leverage data analysis to develop a multi-year asset management plan, focusing on efficiency and resource optimization. Collaboration with various operational stakeholders will ensure that programs meet business requirements and drive performance improvements.
Key Responsibilities:



- Analyze complex datasets for process optimization - Collaborate with operation teams to gather requirements - Serve as liaison for CGO Leaders with stakeholders - Guide tactical activities for the fleet program - Develop budgets and execution plans for initiatives
Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or engineering - 8+ years in fleet management or program management - Experience leading geographically dispersed programs - Knowledge of fleet regulations and best practices - Solid analytical and communication skills
