We are seeking a Sales Support Specialist to join our energetic team in Burlington, Ontario. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales efforts and ensuring exceptional customer service. Your contributions will help us maintain our commitment to quality and client satisfaction. Responsibilities
Assist the sales team with administrative tasks and customer inquiries
Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and concerns
Process orders accurately and efficiently
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and services
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets
Prepare sales reports and assist in tracking performance metrics
Support marketing initiatives to promote our services
Ensure orders move smoothly from entry to completion using our workflow software




Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge
Qualifications :
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent organizational abilities with attention to detail
Proficient in using office software (e.g., Microsoft Office)
Experience working with graphic files
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting
Previous experience in sales support or customer service is an asset
Knowledge of the signage industry is a plus
Positive attitude with a willingness to learn

Pay: $42,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
