About the Role
The Company is seeking an Independent Board Director to join its dynamic team. Key responsibilities for the Independent Board Director include overseeing the development and refinement of financial and non-financial services, evaluating the company's performance, and ensuring effective risk management. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of strategic, governance, financial, and leadership experience, with a robust understanding of global trends in development finance and the role of the private sector in achieving sustainable development goals. Experience in areas such as climate finance, infrastructure investing, and institutional investment is highly valued, as is a background in working with DFIs, multilateral development banks, and other financial institutions.
