The Company is in search of a Chief Executive Officer to spearhead its next phase of growth. The successful candidate will be a dynamic and commercially astute leader, taking full ownership of the company's strategy, execution, and financial performance. Key responsibilities for the CEO include leading the overall business strategy, operations, and financials, with a robust focus on P&L; management, revenue growth, and profitability. The role demands the development and execution of a clear growth plan, setting and monitoring key performance indicators, and leading the senior team to ensure alignment and accountability. The ideal CEO will have a background in digital marketing, with a proven track record in growing revenue through digital channels, and experience in SaaS, technology,



or tech-enabled services.

Applicants for the CEO position at the company should possess a strong digital marketing background, with direct experience in performance marketing, lead generation, and customer acquisition. Experience in a high-churn, B2C, SMB, or subscription-based environment is highly valued, as is a background in real estate technology or proptech. The role requires a hands-on approach, with the CEO expected to be involved in all aspects of the business, from strategic leadership to detailed execution. The ideal candidate will be metrics-driven, highly accountable, and have a proven ability to make data-driven decisions. Strong financial acumen, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with a Board and shareholders in a high-accountability environment are essential.
