The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a clear vision, leading the strategic plan, and ensuring that high-quality, grief, and trauma-informed supports continue to meet the evolving needs of the community. This pivotal role involves overseeing programming, operations, and organizational performance, as well as leading a small, dedicated team and a strong network of volunteers. The Executive Director will also be the face of the organization,



building and sustaining relationships with various stakeholders, including families, donors, and community partners.
