About the Role

The Company is in search of a Vice President for CMHC Origination to spearhead the development and management of a robust pipeline of multi-family financing opportunities in the Ontario market. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business, building and nurturing relationships with property owners, investors, developers, and other real estate professionals. This role demands a seasoned qualified with a minimum of 7 years' experience in commercial mortgage lending, mortgage origination, or a related field, and a proven track record in business generation. The VP will be expected to assess financing opportunities, structure CMHC-insured financing solutions, and work closely with internal teams to ensure the smooth progression of transactions from inception to funding.
