Key Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for strategic projects.
Translate business needs into functional specifications and technical requirements.
Conduct complex data analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Develop process models, use cases, and user stories.
Facilitate virtual requirements gathering sessions and stakeholder workshops.
Collaborate closely with development teams, project managers, and business stakeholders.




Identify opportunities for process improvements and technological enhancements.
Support testing and validation activities to ensure solutions meet business needs.
Prepare reports and presentations on analysis findings and recommendations.
Mentor junior business analysts and contribute to best practices.
Requirements A Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a consulting environment.
Proven experience supporting strategic initiatives and complex projects.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
