Role Description The Garden Maintenance Division Leader is responsible for overseeing day-to-day garden maintenance operations and leading on-site crews in North Vancouver, BC. This full time, on-site role includes planning and executing regular garden care such as mowing, trimming, pruning, weeding, planting, and seasonal clean-ups. The Division Leader coordinates schedules and work assignments, ensures safety procedures are followed, and monitors the quality of work on each property. The role involves communicating with clients, responding to service requests,



and providing recommendations to improve plant health and overall landscape appearance. The Garden Maintenance Division Leader is also expected to train team members, manage tools and equipment, and support efficient use of materials and time.

Qualifications
Experience leading landscape or garden maintenance crews, including planning daily tasks and supervising on-site work.
Solid practical skills in lawn care, pruning, planting, weed control, and basic plant health assessment.
Ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members, and to provide professional customer service.
Knowledge of safe operation and routine care of landscape tools and equipment, with a commitment to safety practices.
Valuable physical fitness and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions throughout the year.
Organizational and time-management skills to coordinate multiple properties and meet service deadlines.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to North Vancouver, BC work sites.
Previous experience in landscaping, horticulture, or a related field; formal training or certification in horticulture is an asset.
