Application Support Lead OpenText

Job Summary

The Application Support Lead oversees the support, administration, and continuous improvement of OpenText platforms and related enterprise content management (ECM) solutions. The role leads L2/L3 production support, manages incident and problem resolution, ensures platform stability and security, and coordinates with business users, infrastructure teams, vendors, and application support teams to maintain reliable operations.

Key Responsibilities
Lead L2/L3 support operations to ensure platform stability, security, and performance.
Manage incident and problem resolution to minimize service disruptions.
Oversee platform upgrades, releases, and ongoing maintenance.
Drive service improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reliability.
Coordinate with business users, infrastructure teams, vendors, and application support teams to resolve technical issues.




Ensure OpenText solutions support document management, records management, workflow automation, and compliance requirements.

Required Qualifications
Experience supporting, administering, and maintaining OpenText platforms and ECM solutions.
Experience leading L2/L3 production support operations.
Solid understanding of incident management, problem resolution, and platform stability.
Ability to collaborate with business users, infrastructure teams, vendors, and technical support teams.
Experience managing platform upgrades, releases, and service improvements.

Nice to Have
Experience with OpenText enterprise content management solutions.
Experience supporting document management, records management, and workflow automation.
Familiarity with compliance requirements in enterprise content management settings.
