What You’ll Be Doing as the Accounts Payable Coordinator
Process vendor invoices, verifying approvals, pricing and GL coding
Coordinate vendor payments and resolve billing discrepancies
Reconcile vendor statements and investigate outstanding invoices
Prepare accounts payable reports and provincial tax filings
Support credit card reviews, customs processes and bank reconciliations





About You as the Accounts Payable Coordinator
Experience preparing provincial tax returns across multiple jurisdictions is an asset
Familiarity with Microsoft Business Central is an asset
Comfortable navigating changing priorities and cross-functional relationships
Reliable transportation required for a location outside Winnipeg city limits
