Sales Associate - Optometric Assistant

As a Sales Associate, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive exceptional service and care while finding the perfect eyewear to suit their needs.

Key Responsibilities
Educate patients on the best eyewear options for their lifestyle.
Stay up-to-date on technological advancements and communicate them to patients.
Assist with frame selections to ensure proper fit and style.
Submit orders accurately to our lab and perform necessary follow-ups.
Conduct frame repairs and adjustments.
Provide contact lens insertion and removal training.
Perform visual field tests and other optical procedures.
Meet and exceed store retail sales goals.
Deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced clinic environment.

Requirements :
Education : Grade 12 Diploma.
Experience : Minimum 1 year of customer service experience; optical industry experience considered an asset
Skills :




Strong multitasking abilities.
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
Great interpersonal and communication skills.
Other :
Must be willing to work at different locations (High River and Okotoks).
Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.
