Lead a team of in office security guards
Manage and maintain the daily schedule of the team
Ensure all security guardsfollow and stay updated on instructions
Issue and manage access cards
Complete daily reports and incident reports
All other related duties
Qualifications for Team Lead
Be authorized to work in Canada
This supervisor position is a key step but certainly not the last.
Excellent leadership skills
First aid certification - Required
Hold a valid security license - Required
