What you'll do:General housekeeping and laundry dutiesEnsure all assigned areas are clean and tasks completed in a timely mannerService resident suites, common, and office areasOther duties as requiredWhat you bring1-2 years' experience in housekeepingThe ability to meet the physical requirements of the positionExcellent communication skills and the ability to work within a teamPrevious experience in a Retirement or long-term care community is an assetKnowledge of W.H.M.I.S. principles and a certificate in CPR/First Aid is an assetThe flexibility to accommodate shift work as well as weekends.Duration of Contract: 3 months with possibility of extension.Hourly rate: $18.41
