Each venue brings its own flavor—with the same heart and people-first culture.Key Front-of-House Responsibilities- Ensure smooth and warm guest interactions from entrance to exit- Guide the flow of the dining room to optimize service and experience- Maintain inviting visual presentation throughout the café- Handle POS transactions and takeout packaging with precision- Collaborate across departments to maintain seamless service- Prepare for shift changes and assist in closing duties with professionalism- Uphold cleanliness, safety, and hospitality standards consistently- A friendly, upbeat attitude and strong work ethic- Previous experience in food service, retail, or customer-facing roles (a plus)- Comfort with multitasking and team-based operations- A deep appreciation for sweet experiences and genuine hospitality- Availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts- Hourly rate: $20-$24 per hour.
