Gogii Games is looking for an Animator to create and revise existing animation, maintain an animation library, and asset creation. Our ideal candidate will bring a robust understanding of traditional animation principles, a commitment to delivering polished animation and bring a fresh look for content in development. This is a remote position and we do not presently offer relocation packages. Any candidate would need to be a Halifax,



Nova Scotia resident to be considered for this role.

Responsibilities

• Develop and produce realistic or representational 2D based animation


• Create and maintain animation library assets for use and reuse in production


• Perform other tasks as required

Qualifications

1+ years of traditional animation experience

• Experience with 2D animation software such as Harmony, Toon Boom Studio


• Adobe Suite


• Ability to communicate effectively with different teams


• The ability to work effectively independently and within an organized team environment
