Your proven technical and writing skills will enable you to prioritize effectively and lead program design, implementation, and management. This position is offered in Ontario, Quebec, British Columbia, or Northwest Territories.

Key Responsibilities:



• Lead organizational program growth and development strategies • Design proposals and concept notes in collaboration with teams • Track and report on program development initiatives • Develop strategies for key themes like gender and governance • Build networks for identifying new program opportunities

Requirements: • Proven experience in program design and proposal development • Solid leadership and stakeholder management skills • Excellent project management and interpersonal abilities • Bilingual proficiency in French/English is an asset • Ability to thrive in remote/hybrid work environments
