Pacific Coast Community Resources is hiring a Community Support Worker to provide care in staffed homes within the community. You will empower independence, document plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure safety and quality of care.
Qualifed candidates have Grade 12, a related diploma, and at least 2 years in social services or health care. A valid First Aid/CPR, Food Secure, driver’s license, and clearance are required.
