IREN Data Centers is hiring a General Foreman to oversee site construction while ensuring safety and quality. Lead diverse teams across multiple disciplines in a sustainable environment.

At IREN, you will manage site construction activities in civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical areas. You’ll be responsible for scheduling, equipment, and materials while promoting compliance with safety-first guidelines. This impactful role is vital in advancing responsible high-performance compute solutions across our North American facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee civil, structural, electrical, and mechanical site activities
• Ensure compliance with project specs, standards, and drawings
• Manage daily equipment usage and material handling




• Mentor field crews while promoting safety culture
• Supervise subcontractors for quality assurance

Requirements:
• 8–10 years in construction, with 3 years as a foreman
• Experience in data centers or mission-critical infrastructure
• Robust electrical and mechanical system knowledge
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Adaptable to changing project conditions
