This role includes direct patient engagement, optimizes drug therapy, and collaborates with healthcare professionals for effective treatment. You will also engage in education for staff and patients while supporting pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Review and assess chemotherapy medication orders
• Manage CPOE-based medication management systems
• Participate in drug education and teaching for nursing staff




• Engage in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives
• Collaborate with pharmacy technicians for compounding

Requirements:
• Graduate from an accredited Pharmacy Program
• Licensed under Ontario College of Pharmacists
• Preferred oncology outpatient/inpatient experience
• Pharmacy Residency is an asset
• Knowledge of clinical pharmacology and disease management
