As an Occupational Health & Safety Coordinator, you will focus on supporting compliance within a federally regulated transportation framework. The position entails engaging with employees and leadership to implement safety initiatives and conduct workplace inspections. This is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a collaborative setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in implementing health and safety programs across locations
• Conduct inspections and assist in hazard analyses
• Coordinate Joint Health & Safety Committee activities




• Oversee employee safety training and onboarding
• Maintain records of safety metrics and compliance documentation

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Occupational Health & Safety or similar
• Bilingual in English and French
• 1-2 years of OH&S; experience in a logistics or related field
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities
• Willingness to travel as needed
