The ideal candidate will have strong experience preparing traditional Chinese dishes and working in a high-volume banquet, catering, or hospitality environment.The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high-quality Chinese cuisine for weddings, corporate events, banquets, and special functions while maintaining the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and food safety.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and cook a wide range of authentic Chinese dishes, including stir-fries, noodles, rice dishes, soups, appetizers, and specialty entréesEnsure consistency in taste, portion control, presentation, and overall food qualityOperate wok stations and commercial kitchen equipment safely and efficientlyPrepare food for high-volume banquets, weddings, corporate events, and catering functionsFollow standardized recipes and maintain authentic Chinese cooking techniquesAssist with menu planning, recipe development, and food presentationMaintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards at all timesSupport daily kitchen operations in a fast-paced environmentAssist with inventory management, stock rotation (FIFO),
