In this casual position, you will assist Core Members with daily living activities and foster an atmosphere of respect and belonging. Your role includes implementing individual support plans, documenting progress, and promoting health and safety practices. You'll encourage participation in community activities while building heartfelt relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
• Build respectful relationships with Core Members
• Assist in developing Individual Support Plans
• Observe and report health changes
• Support daily living activities and personal care
• Help Core Members access community resources

Requirements:
• Grade 12 or equivalent education
• Police Information Check, including Vulnerable Sector
• Experience in community support or related fields preferred
• Valid driver's license and driving experience preferred
• Capacity to work evening and weekend shifts
