Join Woodfibre LNG as the Lead of Maintenance Planning and Scheduling to enhance safety and efficiency in maintenance operations. This role focuses on leadership, planning, and optimizing maintenance activities in Squamish, British Columbia.

As Head of Maintenance Planning and Scheduling, you will influence the execution of maintenance management across the LNG project. Your responsibilities will include developing the scheduling strategy, establishing planning standards, and implementing impactful KPIs. Leading a talented team, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives to ensure optimal resource allocation and maintenance productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee maintenance work management system and SAP support
• Lead implementation of maintenance CMS System (S4Hanna)




• Establish robust planning and scheduling KPI framework
• Partner with IT teams for ongoing system enhancements
• Manage contractor resources for forecast workloads

Requirements:
• Interprovincial Journeyperson ticket or relevant degree
• 10-15 years in Oil & Gas Production Facilities
• 5 years in Maintenance Planning and Scheduling
• Proven experience with CMMS, preferably SAP
• Robust leadership and communication skills
