In this senior role, you will report to the Director of Impact Assessment, leveraging your extensive expertise in environmental risk management. Key responsibilities include guiding property acquisitions, collaborating with construction teams, and helping develop soil management plans for significant projects. You will also oversee environmental assessments and enhance internal processes to ensure compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify environmental and financial risks in asset management
• Develop risk management programs for real estate projects




• Plan and coordinate environmental site assessments
• Provide technical advice for soil and groundwater management
• Liaise with stakeholders and prepare technical reports

Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Studies or related field
• 10 to 15 years of relevant experience
• Robust knowledge of environmental laws and regulations
• Experience in large-scale project management
• Bilingualism in French and English
