Halton Hills Family Health Team (HHFHT) is seeking an Executive Director to lead day-to-day operations and set strategic direction in partnership with the Board. The role requires solid governance experience and exceptional communications with stakeholders across the healthcare community.
The ED will provide administrative leadership, build collaboration with primary care providers, hospitals and community partners, and advocate for accessible, high-quality care.
