Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) Expert Work Location: Toronto, ON, Canada Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) with expertise in Kubernetes-based platforms, monitoring and observability, application troubleshooting, and automation.

The role focuses on investigating technical issues, analyzing application code, and maintaining system reliability and performance.

Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot issues within Open

Shift Container Platform (OCP) using relevant tools and command-line utilities.

Monitor system performance and investigate technical issues using observability tools, preferably Dynatrace.

Analyze Java Spring Boot application code to identify and resolve technical issues.

Develop and implement automation using scripting languages to improve operational efficiency.

Support system reliability by identifying and resolving application and platform issues.





Required Qualifications Hands-on experience with Open

Shift Container Platform (OCP) or Kubernetes-based platforms.

Solid experience with monitoring and observability tools, preferably Dynatrace.

Experience analyzing Java Spring Boot code for troubleshooting and issue resolution.

Practical automation experience using any scripting language.

Strong technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Nice to Have Experience with Dynatrace for application performance monitoring and observability.

Experience using command-line utilities to investigate and resolve platform issues.

Experience automating operational and troubleshooting tasks through scripting.
