Job Description Salesforce Business System Analyst- Financial Services Cloud Job Description Location: Toronto, Canada Work Model: 3 Days WFO Role Summary We are seeking a Tech-Savvy Business Analyst / Project Manager with approximately 5 years of hands-on experience leading Sales initiatives and related Systems implementations.

The ideal candidate excels at translating business needs into practical technology solutions, with a strong focus on delivering scalable, user-centric systems and tools that improve sales performance and operational efficiency.

Core Skills and Experience Communication and Presentation • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Ability to convey complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Comfortable presenting to stakeholders at all levels.

Business Analysis Expertise • Demonstrated ability to lead business-critical initiatives from discovery through delivery. • Skilled in conducting thorough business analysis and driving collaborative decision-making. • Proven track record of ensuring timely delivery of business value in quick-paced environments.

Cross-Functional Partnership • Experience leading across all phases of the project lifecycle, including: • Requirements elicitation and documentation. • Business requirement analysis and validation. • Stakeholder feedback sessions. • Impact analysis and risk identification.



• UAT coordination and execution. • Sprint demos and Agile ceremonies. • Change readiness, training, and go-live support. • Troubleshooting user-reported issues with minimal disruption and focus on long-term solutions.

Stakeholder Management • Successfully partnered with diverse stakeholder groups. • Strong ability to secure alignment and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.

Process Mapping, Optimization and Problem Solving • Skilled in mapping and analyzing current-state and future-state business processes. • Ability to distinguish between core business needs, stakeholder requirements, and system constraints. • Analytical thinker with the ability to identify root causes and drive long-term, data-driven solutions. • Focused on uncovering and addressing systemic process inefficiencies.

Salesforce Experience • Salesforce experience preferred, including: • Salesforce Sales Cloud. • Salesforce Experience Cloud. • Dashboard configuration.

Additional Skills • Experience using Miro, Box, and similar tools for collaboration and process mapping. • Willingness to take on additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned. • Demonstrates flexibility, ownership, and a proactive approach to problem-solving and delivery.
