What’s in it for you $42.86/hr, plus shift premiums of $0.55/hr on afternoons and $0.85/hr on nights Full time with guaranteed hours 12 hour continental rotating shift (fewer days on site) Group health and dental advantages Employer contributed retirement plan Profit sharing Employee assistance program What you’ll do Maintain, troubleshoot and repair high speed production and converting equipment, including conveyor systems Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, electrical and automation issues to keep downtime low Troubleshoot PLCs, HMIs, sensors,



drives and control systems using schematics and diagnostic software Complete preventive and predictive maintenance to improve equipment reliability Work with operators and production teams to solve recurring issues and improve machine efficiency Follow all safety procedures including Lockout/Tagout, and keep a clean, organized work area Take part in continuous improvement initiatives Must Haves Red Seal Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) certification Minimum 2 years working as a Red Seal in a manufacturing or packaging environment Strong knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic and electrical systems PLC, HMI and automated control system troubleshooting experience Able to read blueprints, schematics and machine manuals Experience with diagnostic tools and computer based maintenance systems, including SAP Nice to Haves Experience maintaining high speed packaging or converting equipment Familiarity with 5S, lean manufacturing and continuous improvement This posting is for an existing vacancy.
