Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year Tasks Supervise staff (apprentices, stages hands, design team, etc.) Assign sales workers to duties Sell merchandise Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising and personnel matters Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages Organize and maintain inventory Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers Manage cash Supervision 1 to 2 people Employment terms options To be determined Support for youths Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports youth employment Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work setting for youth Work Term: Permanent Work Language: English Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week
