Key Responsibilities:
• Implement nursing care per AgeCare’s procedures
• Liaise with physicians and healthcare team members

• Participate in shift reports to update care teams

Requirements:
• Current Certificate of Competence from College of Nurses
• Knowledge of long-term care regulations and standards
• Experience in geriatric and rehabilitation nursing
• Robust understanding of care needs in nursing homes
