• Develop standardized recipes and menus with the Dietitian
• Monitor meal quality and resident satisfaction




• Communicate fluently with administration, nursing, and staff
• Maintain inventory control and budgetary compliance
• Lead hiring, training, and performance appraisals of staff

Requirements:
• Minimum of three years in culinary leadership
• Solid communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Word programs
• Advanced Food Service Training completion required
• Red Seal certification is a plus
