This position involves drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various commercial agreements, especially construction and service contracts. Key Responsibilities:
• Draft and manage construction, sales, and service agreements
• Negotiate government contracts for Canada and the US




• Streamline contracting processes for efficiency
• Support in the resolution of contractual disputes

Requirements:
• Bachelor of Law degree and a member of Québec Bar
• 3-6 years of relevant legal experience
• Robust understanding of contract law
