Key Responsibilities:
• Provide goal-directed nursing care for residents
• Assess and update clinical care plans accurately

• Ensure ongoing clinical documentation and evaluations

Requirements:
• Current registration as a Registered Practical Nurse
• Experience with seniors and care providers preferred
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills
• Organizational skills and computer proficiency
• Current BCLS and First Aid certification required
