Key Responsibilities:
• Implement AgeCare policies with the Registered Nurse
• Communicate significant changes in resident status promptly
• Direct Personal Support Workers on care strategies
• Liaise with healthcare team members effectively
• Participate in shift reporting to keep team informed
Requirements:
• Current Certificate of Competence from the College of Nurses
• Background in geriatric or long-term care nursing
• Understanding of relevant healthcare regulations
• Membership in good standing with nursing body
• Experience in rehabilitation nursing is an asset
