Cogir Senior Living is looking for an Accounts Receivable Advisor to join the Revenue Cycle Team. This role requires previous general accounting experience and an understanding of billing processes using Yardi. You will ensure compliance, manage billing procedures, and maintain accurate financial records across all residences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee resident maintenance and billing processes in Yardi
• Conduct monthly reports and reconcile to ensure billing accuracy
• Maintain receivables procedures and monitor compliance




• Perform month-end balancing and closing tasks
• Follow-up on PGT’s and CTS deposits at Head Office

Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Business Administration
• General accounting experience in computerized environments
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
• Highly organized and detail oriented with strong communication skills
• Experience in mid to large-size companies preferred
