About the role EightLabs is looking for an organized and confident Client Success & Operations Assistant to help manage communication between our team and our clients.Your main responsibility will be keeping in contact with clients, collecting feedback and requests, following up when needed, and providing transparent reports and updates back to our team.You do not need to be a developer or designer. The most important qualities are communication, organization, reliability, and the ability to understand what a client is asking for.
What you'll do Communicate professionally with clients through email, messaging, and other platforms
Check in with clients regarding ongoing projects
Collect website, design, content, and marketing requests
Organize client feedback so our team knows exactly what needs to be completed




Create short reports summarizing client conversations, requests, concerns, and priorities
Follow up with clients for missing information, content, photos, approvals, or payments when required
Keep track of outstanding tasks and deadlines
Provide clients with basic project updates
Help keep communication organized between clients and the internal team
Flag urgent issues or unhappy clients to management
What we're looking for Strong written and verbal communication skills
Organized and able to keep track of multiple conversations
Professional and friendly when communicating with clients
Good at summarizing information clearly
Comfortable following up with people
Reliable and responsive
Able to work independently
Nice to have Basic understanding of websites, social media, marketing, or graphic design is an asset
