Purpose of the position We are currently looking for a leasing agent for our building located in Saint-Bruno.Do you want to join a team passionate about real estate and people? Look no further! Full-time day shift position.
Specifically, your daily life with us will look like :
Follow up with clients
Provide a high level of customer service
Greet visitors
Rent out vacant apartments in the building
Complete all required rental documentation, including credit inquiry forms
Make appointments
Update different administrative forms and documents
Maintain the different registers
Manage customer inquiries
Produce required reports
Assist your immediate superior and other team members with their daily tasks and administrative duties




The ideal person has : Enjoy contact with people
Proven ability to sell
Positive judgment and priority management
Ability to work under pressure
Be action-oriented and results
Required qualifications : 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
A good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook (an asset)
A working knowledge of the software system Hopem (an asset)
Experience in sales
Customer service experience an asset
French and English essential
