Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor and enhance driver compliance and productivity
• Facilitate communication regarding transit issues
• Manage scheduling and appointment bookings




• Conduct audits on driver activities for accuracy
• Close trips promptly to ensure timely record-keeping

Requirements:
• Minimum 6 months of experience in dispatching
• Solid communication abilities, both oral and written
• Capability to work in high-pressure situations
• Experience in variable work volume scheduling
• Familiarity with regulatory compliance in transportation
