Longo's is seeking a Bakery Assistant Department Manager - Full Time to lead a vibrant bakery team in a quick-paced store environment. You will support the Bakery Manager in daily operations, mentor staff, and ensure top customer service and product quality.
The role requires at least 1 year of bakery experience, cake decorating ability, strong communication and leadership skills, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. You will work days, evenings and weekends and may travel for off-site events.
