Our energy & resources client is seeking a Senior Program Manager (10+ years) to lead enterprise technology transformation programs using mainframe modernization, application transformation, and legacy platform initiatives Lead large-scale enterprise technology transformation programs within a complex energy & resources environment.

This role oversees integrated delivery across multiple projects, vendors, stakeholders, and interdependent workstreams, with a focus on governance, financial management, RAID management, and executive reporting.

The program environment includes modernization initiatives involving enterprise applications, integrations, and legacy technology platforms across Canadian and U.S. teams.

The position offers high visibility within enterprise delivery leadership and supports critical transformation initiatives.

Contract, North York, Hybrid, 3 days a week on site 12 months Must Haves 10+ years leading enterprise technology programs and transformation initiatives across multiple concurrent workstreams Leadership of mainframe modernization , application transformation, or complex legacy platform initiatives Strong program governance , RAID management, vendor management, integrated planning, and executive reporting capabilities Management of multiple project teams, stakeholders, vendors, and interdependent workstreams within a matrix organization Bachelor’s degree or diploma in business, computer science, technology,



or a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience Nice to Have Project Management Professional (PMP) designation or equivalent program/project management credential Experience working across Canadian and U.S. teams and with distributed or offshore delivery resources Experience in a regulated utility or similarly complex enterprise workplace Experience with cloud migration, ERP-adjacent programs, or complex integration landscapes Experience supporting organizational change, business readiness, cutover, and post-implementation stabilization Responsibilities Own the integrated program roadmap and delivery plan across projects, workstreams, vendors, and business teams Establish and operate program governance, including status reporting, scope and change control, financial oversight, and escalation paths Manage program-level risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies with clear impact assessments and recommendations Develop and maintain program financial plans, forecasts, resource plans, and vendor commitments Coordinate project managers and delivery leads to align workstream plans into an integrated schedule Lead stakeholder alignment across business, operations, architecture, security, vendors, and enterprise programs Prepare executive-level updates covering delivery health, milestones, financials, risks, dependencies, and required decisions
