Donna Cona Inc. is currently seeking a System Analyst, Level 3, for one of our key government clients.

Candidate MUST have the following: A valid security clearance at the level of Reliability; A minimum of ten (10) years of experience planning, designing and implementing information systems.

Analyzing, designing, developing and testing various programming systems, including coding, testing, debugging and documenting programs; A minimum of five (5) years’ experience within the last fifteen (15) years in all phases of the systems development life cycle including documenting business requirements, systems analysis, project design, development and testing; A minimum of eight (8) years’ experience within the last fifteen (15) years working on Enterprise Level Angular Development (coding) within a Distributed Computing Setting; A minimum of eight (8) years’ experience within the last fifteen (15) years developing and implementing requirements (coding) leading to the creation of a large-scale (1000+ users or national application/system) application using Angular technology; A minimum of eight (8) years’ experience within the last fifteen (15) years working on Enterprise Level Angular Development (coding) within a Service Oriented Architecture; and A minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in Angular and a minimum of five (5)



years’ experience in RESTful services and a minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in each of two (2) of the following technologies, for a minimum of four (4) technologies in total: Java, Unit testing, Java EJBs.

Note: Experience claimed for this criterion must have been obtained within the last fifteen (15) years.

Candidate should have the following demonstrated experience: Working on Enterprise Level Angular Development (coding) within a Distributed Computing Environment; Developing and implementing requirements (coding) leading to the creation of a large-scale (1000+ users or national application/system) application using Angular technology; Working on Enterprise Level Angular Development (coding) within a Service Oriented Architecture; and Experience in Angular and in RESTful services and in two (2) of the following technologies, for a minimum of four (4) technologies in total: Java, Unit testing, Java EJBs.
