VHA Home HealthCare is seeking a Care Team Scheduling Coordinator for a permanent part-time role in Toronto. You will manage client offers, schedule caregivers, and coordinate service plans to ensure a client-centered delivery of care.
The role requires solid communication with clients, caregivers, and funders, plus knowledge of GTA routes and scheduling systems. Training will be provided, including 3 weeks of in-person onboarding starting Nov 30, 2026.
