Our culture prioritizes autonomy, focused work, and sustainable balance.## About the roleWe are looking for a highly skilled UI/UX Designer to craft world-class digital experiences for our clients. You will own the design process from wireframing to final polish, ensuring every interface is intuitive, beautiful, and accessible.## What you'll do* Lead end-to-end design for web and mobile applications.* Develop wireframes, user flows, and high-fidelity prototypes in Figma.* Collaborate closely with frontend developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation.* Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions.* Maintain and evolve our internal and client design systems.## What we're looking for* 3+ years of experience in product or UI/UX design,
