What You'll Do
- Run day-to-day store operations, including inventory
- Recruit, train, and develop a team production and retail team
- Drive sales, control costs, and manage your store's budget
- Keep the store safe and compliant with environmental and safety regulations
- Build robust relationships with customers and vehicle suppliers
- Track performance numbers and report results to regional leadership
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of management experience in retail
- Track record of leading teams and hitting sales and operational goals
- Solid working knowledge of safety and compliance practices
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in an outdoor, fast-paced environment
