Accompany and guide customers to find inspiring furniture and home décor during their visit to our store. As a Sales Associate, you will represent Urban Barn by offering friendly service and product knowledge to help our customers create a space they love to call home. In collaborating with the store team and managers, you will provide our customers with the best shopping experience possible.

Our stores are open 7 days a week, so we’re looking for candidates who can work a variety of shifts (i.e. weekdays, weeknights and weekends).

What You Will Do:

Guide customers in their décor choices, suggesting the best products for their needs

Provide a warm greeting to every customer

Establish connections with customers to build customer loyalty

Carry out transactions (purchases, exchanges, and returns)Maintain the visual standards and cleanliness of the store

What you Bring:

At least 2 years of Retail Sales experience

Ease of using technology such as a Point-of-Sale system and iPad

Versatile availability for 30-40hrs per week

The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg
