Summary Reporting to the Base Manager, FBO, the fuel handler will provide customer service in support of the Shell AeroCentre.
Responsibilities Provide aircraft marshaling services as well as all ground services required by aircraft, such as lavatory, water and electrical services and all other aircraft services that may be required.
Provide aircraft refuel services in accordance with Shell and IAS standard procedures.
Provide aircraft refuel services in accordance with Shell and IAS standard procedures.
Provide hangar moving, aircraft towing and all other services required by our customers and/or sister companies (IMP group).
Provide services to all current or potential customers and/or sister companies (IMP group).
Perform daily, weekly and monthly checks in compliance with Shell and/or IAS standards.
Ensure the order and cleanliness of the FBO area, the line service office and the FBO equipment.
Participate in and complete all training required by Shell or IAS, as well as recurrent training.
Welcome and serve our clients in accordance with the highest standards.
Other duties assigned based on operational needs.
This position requires a flexible work schedule as this is a 24/7 operation.
Requirements High school diploma
2 years of experience
Hold a Class 3 driver's license and maintain it throughout employment
Meet Transport Canada (MOT) security requirements




The candidate must obtain a radio operator certificate
Experience in aircraft refuel is an asset.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Exceptional customer service skills are an asset.
Bilingual French/English
