In this pivotal role, you will oversee assigned programs while interacting regularly with internal teams and customers. Your expertise in aerospace and operational challenges will guide program performance measurement and the presentation of key performance indicators. You will also be responsible for communicating potential improvements and providing finance support regarding customer accounts.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as primary contact for internal clients
• Conduct program reviews with clients and management
• Measure program performance and KPIs




• Develop and execute recovery plans as needed
• Communicate opportunities for improvement to management

Requirements:
• Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field
• Program management experience in manufacturing or aerospace
• Robust understanding of technical challenges
• Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems, INFOR a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite and bilingual in French and English
