AlgaeCal Inc. is seeking a Customer Lifecycle Manager to own lifecycle marketing across email, SMS, and push, with segmentation and automated journeys focused on retention and loyalty.
You will drive one-to-one, personalized campaigns at scale using Braze, Klaviyo, or SFMC, and guide the team to deliver measurable improvements in customer lifetime value. You’ll lead campaigns, optimize personalization, and build data-driven segmentation while expanding SMS and push channels.
